Loopware Solutions was founded by Robert Heisler, an IT and operations professional with a background in practical systems — the kind that have to work in the real world, not just on a demo screen.
Robert built ElderLoop and LittleLoop because he saw the same problem across different industries: teams were using workarounds — group texts, paper logs, generic apps — to manage communication that was too important to leave to chance. The software that existed was either too complex, too expensive, or built by people who'd never set foot in a senior living facility or a childcare center.
Loopware is the answer to that. Practical tools, built with operational experience, priced for the organizations that actually need them. No bloat. No unnecessary features. Just what works.
We believe in straightforward agreements. Here's what you can expect from us.
Loopware products are offered as monthly or annual subscriptions. You are billed at the start of each billing period. Annual plans are billed upfront and receive a discount over monthly pricing. All prices are in USD.
New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their initial payment. Refund requests after 30 days are evaluated case by case. To request a refund, contact support@loopwaresolutions.com with your account details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is retained for 60 days after cancellation and can be exported upon request.
Free trials, when offered, are available to new accounts only. Trial periods do not require a credit card unless specified. Promotional discounts apply to the stated period only and do not automatically renew at the promotional rate.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your operational data for advertising. Data is stored securely and access is limited to authorized personnel. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Loopware products are available to organizations operating in compliance with applicable laws. We comply with U.S. export regulations and OFAC requirements. Services may not be available in all regions.
